Terms of service.
Pricing changes:
Commission pricing is only subject to change if the work is different compared to what was ordered. Clients will always be informed of any pricing changes should they occur.
Invoice:
If a client needs a tax invoice, The Artisan Fernweh is obligated to provide one upon the client’s request.
Time Frame:
Clients can expect a time frame for commissions within 30 business days of their order. If any personal emergencies or setbacks were to happen, the client will be informed immediately.
Design Adjustments:
Clients agree they are trusting The Artisan Fernweh’s creative vision when booking a commission. While The Artisan Fernweh always has the client’s best interest in mind, The Artisan Fernweh reserves the right to decline any design adjustment requests.
Rights Disclaimer:
Purchasing any work from The Artisan Fernweh does not grant ownership or full rights. Purchasing a design for commercial use or to defame the artist/business is not prohibited. Clients who purchase a tattoo design/tattoo commission will have full rights to use the design for personal purposes such as getting the tattoo and sharing on social media.
Posting on Social Media:
If a client wishes to share work on social media from The Artisan Fernweh that they have purchased, they may do so. Credit must be given to The Artisan Fernweh in an obvious fashion on the post.
Refunds:
Refunds my only be issued at the discretion of The Artisan Fernweh or if The Artisan Fernweh is legally obligated to do so. Funds are otherwise forfeited.
Legal:
The Artisan Fernweh’s policies and procedures reflect all obligations required by local, state, and federal laws that apply to businesses in Hot Springs Arkansas. The Artisan Fernweh also has the right to change terms and conditions at any time within reason. Please inquire via “theartisanfernweh@gmail.com” if you require further information.
Exceptions to any of the terms and conditions listed my only be issued at The Artisan Fernweh’s discretion.
